Swimming Pool Rental Agreement

  1. Only homeowners/residents in good standing with the Association may reserve the swimming pool. The homeowner/resident must be present at the reserved function and assumes complete liability for the swimming pool during the reserved period.

  2. A nonrefundable $45 use fee is required for rental of the swimming pool plus a nonrefundable $25 for the lifeguard (employment of an approved Association lifeguard is required).  These are payable at the time the reservation is made ($25 of the total must be in cash).  If this reservation is canceled prior to 72 hours before the event, then the use fee and the lifeguard fee will be refunded.  No refunds will be issued for rainouts, the event will be rescheduled.  If the reservation is not cancelled before 72 hours of the scheduled event then the fees are forfeited. 

  3. It is the sponsor’s responsibility to clean up the premises following a function.

  4. Parking at the swimming pool is limited to the paved surface in the parking lot. Parking on the grassed areas is prohibited, and vehicles so parked will be removed at the owner’s expense

  5. Reservation of the swimming pool does not automatically entitle people to use the clubhouse or tennis courts. See separate rules covering the clubhouse and tennis courts.

  6. Have consideration for your neighbors. Keep music or noise down to courteous level, especially later at night. No outdoor music after 11:00 p.m. Observe good manners, no trespassing on private property.

Pool Rules 

  1. Absolutely no glass containers are allowed in the pool area at any time.

  2. Children 9 and above must pass swimming test conducted by one of our lifeguards to swim without parental supervision, children 8 and younger must be accompanied by a parent regardless of the child' s swimming ability.

  3. Running, dunking, pushing and other forms of horseplay are prohibited.

  4. Swimsuits must be worn. No shorts, cutoffs or colored T-shirts are permitted in the pool.  Wet swimsuits may not be worn in the clubhouse.

  5. Due to the small size of our pool, no inner tubes, air mattresses or inflatable boats maybe used.

  6. Persons wearing Band-Aids or bandages, or having open sores or injuries, are not permitted in the water.

  7. All guests must be accompanied by an adult resident.

  8. Lifeguards have full authority to enforce these rules
