Clubhouse Rental Agreement

  1. Clubhouse must be reserved at least 10 days in advance to have a function.

  2. A $100 deposit is required to cover the cost of potential damages to the clubhouse, its contents, and the surrounding grounds. If no damages are incurred, then the $100 will be refunded. It damages less than or equal to $100 are incurred then the difference between the deposit and the cost to repair the damages will be refunded. If damages exceed $100 then the deposit is forfeited and the sponsoring homeowner will be billed the difference. The $100 is forfeited for not returning the key, and also if the reservation is not canceled 72 hours in advance

  3. The deposit is due when the reservation is made.

  4. A $50 use fee is required for each half day the Clubhouse is reserved. This is payable at the time the key is picked up. If this reservation is canceled up to 72 hours prior to the event, then the deposit will be refunded.  No shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.  The clubhouse and pool can be reserved together for $75 plus $25 for the lifeguard ($25 of the total must be in cash).

  5. Only homeowners/residents in good standing with the Association may reserve the clubhouse. The homeowner/resident must be present at the reserved function and assumes complete liability for the Clubhouse during the reserved period; from the time the keys are picked up from the Association until the time they are returned to this Association.

  6. Keys must be returned to the Association within 24 hours of completion of the event for which the Clubhouse was reserved.

  7. Parking at the Clubhouse is limited to the paved surface in the parking lot. Parking on the grassed areas is prohibited, and vehicles so parked will be removed at the owner’s expense. Damages to the grounds will be assessed per item 2 above.

  8. Activities at the Clubhouse are limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. thru 1:00 a.m., Friday and Saturday, and 7:00 a.m. thru 11:00 p.m., Sunday thru Thursday. It is the responsibility of the sponsor to observe and enforce this rule.

  9. Furniture and other accessories at the Clubhouse and on the surrounding grounds are provided for your use. Do not remove them from the Clubhouse or grounds. Costs to repair or replace these items will be assessed per item 2 above.

  10. Do not flush items down the toilet that are not intended to be so disposed of. No wet swimsuits are allowed in the clubhouse.

  11. Have consideration for your neighbors. Keep music or noise down to courteous level, especially later at night. No outdoor music after 11:00 p.m. Observe good manners, no trespassing on private property.

  12. Reservation of the Clubhouse does not automatically entitle people to use the pool or tennis courts. See item 4 above and separate Rules covering the pool and tennis courts.

  13.  It is the sponsor’s responsibility to clean up the premises following a function.
